I wanted to write you a note of thanks for the special attention that you gave to Craig and I while looking forward to our job transfer in Saratoga. As soon as we gave you a call, the personal attention you gave us was just awesome.

Caroline, Craig and I have prided ourselves for 20 + years in superior customer service and relations. We were impressed with you every step of the way.. Not only did you put such a beautiful packet together for us to follow, but to spend an entire weekend with us and to take us to such a lovely establishment for lunch was so appreciated. Thank you for further researching schools for our children and setting up the interviews with the schools. You went above and beyond to learn about our family and our needs.

Caroline, it was only a pleasure getting to know you. Thank you for doing such a superior job. If we can ever be of assistance to you, please let us know. We hope you will use us for a reference if the need arises.

Stately Home

We met Caroline and Darlene in September 2007. We had just moved from Orange County to San Jose, so we were new to the area. As we began to look at homes, Caroline and Darlene went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They made a genuine effort to get to know us. Communication was easy with them. They were professional and sincere in their efforts to find us the best home. While we spent two years looking at homes, we never felt any pressure from Caroline or Darlene to buy a house. They were extremely patient and understanding. They knew the type of home we wanted, so whenever anything came onto the market, they would alert us via email or a friendly phone call. They always put us first, which was reassuring. It was a pleasure to work with them. We eventually found our home and we are very happy. We wouldn't have been able to get our new home without Caroline and Darlene's help. They are committed and reliable, but most importantly, they genuinely care.
